Before you start
Select the correct project. Prepare a short website description, audience description, and writing-style guidance.
Review the profile
- Open Brand Profile.
- Select Edit for the profile section you want to change.
- Review Website Description, Brand Voice & Tone, Target Audience, and Content Language.
- Save the changes using the section's save control.
- Review Key Themes. Add a theme with a clear Name and optional guidance describing its audience, angles, and boundaries.
Expected result
The profile gives Flow context for new content. Each key theme guides its own keyword discovery. Existing articles still need to be reviewed and edited separately if your positioning changes.
Troubleshooting
Website scanning can produce incomplete or overly broad suggestions; edit them before relying on future content. If keywords drift away from your business, tighten the theme names and guidance. Check Content Language and the project's keyword search country when research results are unexpected.
